From the Option panel, in the Tab Self Teach it is possible to set the Auto detection of the INNER/OUTER modifier for the following features:

• Circle
• Cylinder
• Cone
• Sphere
• Round Slot
• Square Slot
• Ellipse
• Torus

The behavior can be set in the frame Inner/Outer
